These terms are an agreement between you and Zapora (“Zapora”, “we”) about the Zapora apps, zapora.app and getzapora.com. By using them you agree to these terms. If you buy through an app store, that store’s terms also apply to the purchase.
1. What Zapora is
Zapora is a media player. It doesn’t provide, sell, host or recommend any channels, films, series or other content, and it comes with no content. You add sources from providers you choose, and Zapora plays what they deliver.
2. Your content and the law
- You are responsible for the sources you add and for having the right to watch what they provide where you live.
- Don’t use Zapora to access, share or distribute content you don’t have rights to.
- We have no control over third-party providers or their content and aren’t responsible for them, including their availability, quality or legality.
3. Your account
You must be 16 or older to create an account. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
4. Premium
- Premium is offered monthly, yearly (with a free trial for new subscribers) or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time; Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Premium covers up to 5 devices signed in to your account at once. To stop abuse, the number of times you can remove devices in a month is limited.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer Zapora. If we ever shut down, we’ll give at least 90 days’ notice.
- Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
5. Fair use
Don’t try to break, reverse engineer, overload or get around the limits of Zapora or its servers, resell Premium, or share an account outside your household. We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why.
6. Changes and availability
We keep improving Zapora, so features may change. We’ll try to keep the service running without interruption but can’t promise it. If we raise prices, existing subscribers are told in advance and can cancel before the new price applies.
7. Liability
Zapora is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can stop using Zapora and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Zapora is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
