Billing questions
How do the 5 devices work?
Sign in to your Zapora account on each device. Premium works on up to 5 at once. Replacing a TV? Remove the old one from your account and sign in on the new one.
Can I pay in the app store?
Yes. Buy in the Google Play, Amazon or TV store app and Premium attaches to your Zapora account, so it works on your other devices too. You can also pay by card on zapora.app.
What happens after the free trial?
The yearly plan starts with 7 free days. If you don’t cancel, it renews at $14.99 a year.
Is Lifetime really for life?
Yes: one payment of $29.99 and Premium stays on your account for as long as Zapora exists, including future updates and new devices.
Do you have student or family plans?
Every plan already covers 5 devices, which is more than most households need, so there is no separate family plan.
